The client is a philanthropic non-profit organization focused on fostering and supporting community initiatives. It was important that the goals and mission of the foundation be reflected in the design of their headquarters. This was achieved by creating open and community-oriented interior spaces to support 48 employees and public events. Special attention was given to use of natural daylight, access to exterior views, and moments of connection.
